Junior Tax Consultant

About the role

The Junior Tax Consultant will join PACI’s finance team in Dubai, supporting tax planning and compliance for startups and SMEs. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to work with AI‑driven tools while gaining hands‑on experience in tax preparation and audit support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing tax returns and optimizing tax positions within regulatory frameworks.
• Gather, analyse and validate financial data for tax reporting.
• Support tax audit preparation and maintain accurate tax records.
• Prepare documentation and reports for senior tax professionals.
• Respond to tax‑related queries from internal teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of tax processes and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field.
• Strong foundation in tax planning, compliance and audit readiness.
• Experience or training in filing requirements, reporting standards and documentation management.
• Professional certifications such as CMA or ACCA are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, numerical and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on‑site in Dubai and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Interest in leveraging technology and AI‑driven tools in tax processes.
