Junior Trader – Consumer Electronics (Entry Level)

About the role

The Junior Trader – Consumer Electronics will support the trading team in sourcing, buying, pricing and selling electronic products across regional and international markets. This entry‑level position offers exposure to supplier negotiations, market analysis and customer relationship management while contributing to revenue and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Source electronic products from distributors, manufacturers, wholesalers and global suppliers.
• Generate sales opportunities with resellers, retailers, e‑commerce partners and corporate customers.
• Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Monitor market prices, supply trends, product availability and competitive activity to identify profitable opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers, coordinating inventory and procurement.
• Work with logistics, finance and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and accurate documentation.
• Maintain CRM and trading databases, and produce daily/weekly activity reports.
• Support management with forecasting, pipeline updates and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Trade, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, purchasing or customer management (full‑time or internship).
• Interest or exposure to IT hardware, smartphones, consumer electronics, networking or components is advantageous.
• Motivated by commission potential and eager to learn commercial processes.
• Strong commercial aptitude; fresh graduates are welcome.
