Key Account Executive

About the role

The Key Account Executive will be based in Dubai and work full‑time on‑site, driving growth with strategic retail and distribution partners for a fast‑growing, health‑focused beverage brand. You will act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring the brand’s products achieve optimal shelf presence and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with assigned key accounts and negotiate pricing, promotional and listing agreements.
• Coordinate in‑store activations, visibility, and merchandising to maximise brand exposure.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse account data and prepare reports to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to align account plans with business objectives and support new product launches.
• Resolve service or delivery issues promptly and conduct occasional field visits to customer locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management, sales or business development within FMCG, beverages or related consumer goods.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and use insights for commercial decisions.
• Understanding of trade marketing, in‑store activation and merchandising in modern and traditional trade channels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with the UAE market and willingness to work on‑site in Dubai.
