Key Account Manager - Cybersecurity

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager specialized in Cybersecurity to drive growth across strategic enterprise accounts in the UAE and GCC region. The role focuses on building long‑term client relationships and delivering integrated security solutions that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, building relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads and Security Leaders.
• Identify new cybersecurity opportunities and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Develop solutions around Network Security, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, IAM, SOC/SIEM, XDR, Vulnerability Management and Data Security.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, solution architects and technology vendors to craft customer‑specific proposals.
• Prepare RFP/RFQ responses, negotiate commercial terms and close contracts.
• Create account plans, maintain pipeline visibility and forecast revenue for assigned accounts.
• Cross‑sell and up‑sell additional cybersecurity and IT solutions to existing customers.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of B2B IT/Cybersecurity sales experience, preferably with an SI, MSSP, VAR or technology solutions provider.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
• Existing relationships with senior security and IT decision‑makers (CISOs, CIOs, Security Heads) is a strong advantage.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and account‑management skills.
