Key Account Manager – IMEA (M/F/D)

About the role

CYBEX is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager for the IMEA region, based in Dubai. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with high‑value customers, driving sales growth, and representing the brand’s innovative child‑safety product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with key accounts across the IMEA region.
• Achieve continuous sales growth by expanding business with existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
• Organise annual sales meetings to identify high‑potential customers and set growth targets.
• Provide premium customer service across the full product range, including car seats, strollers, carriers and furniture.
• Identify new market opportunities and relay insights to Product Management.
• Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives (POS, print, online) with customers.
• Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective accounts, presenting new products and tailored solutions.
• Coordinate internally with sales, marketing, commercial controlling and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales or Business Development.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key accounts.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management and commercial acumen.
• Analytical mindset with ability to spot market and category opportunities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
