Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for retaining top customers and developing strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector. This role involves nurturing key relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow business for assigned principals at local and overseas levels, supported by the Division Manager.
• Launch marketing plans, conduct market surveys, and organize workshops.
• Update product and price lists, and coordinate stock and ordering management.
• Identify new company opportunities within the existing product portfolio.
• Handle tender processes, quotations, and pricing negotiations.
• Open new accounts and increase volume with existing customers.
• Build strong relationships with end‑users and purchasing officers.
• Prepare forecasts, quarterly sales analysis, and monitor payment issues.
• Develop target audience lists for key accounts and coordinate marketing activities with principal companies.
• Report sales achievements and performance metrics to management regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare‑related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar key account or sales role.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and product portfolio.
• Physically fit for outdoor and partial office work.
