Key Account Manager – UAE National (Pharma)

About the role

The company is seeking a Key Account Manager who is an UAE national to lead its pharmaceutical business in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with major pharmaceutical customers, driving growth, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives within the UAE market. You will act as the primary liaison between the organization and key accounts, translating strategic direction into actionable engagement plans.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, finalize and sign contracts with key accounts and manage complex customer networks.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver account objectives.
• Analyze market and financial data to support business planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• Proven success as a sales professional or Key Account Manager in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, business planning and financial skills.
• Solid understanding of pharmaco‑economic principles.
• Deep knowledge of payer and provider drivers in the UAE healthcare environment.
