Key Account Officer

About the role

The Key Account Officer will join the Wastewater & Lake Management division, acting as the main liaison between the company and its most important customers. The role aims to deepen client relationships, understand their needs and drive long‑term business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate products or services.
• Ensure timely execution of orders, contracts and service deliveries.
• Monitor account performance, sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, finance and customer service teams to meet client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling and business expansion.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance and market feedback.
• Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors and industry developments.
• Manage oil tank cleaning projects as part of variable works.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in operations, manpower management and client management, preferably within the UAE.
