Key Account Sales Manager Retail

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Key Account Sales Manager to expand our retail footprint across the UAE and GCC. This hands‑on role focuses on growing revenue through existing and new retail accounts, strengthening relationships with key customers, and ensuring consistent product re‑orders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing retail accounts across the UAE and GCC.
• Identify, secure, and develop new retail partnerships and sales channels.
• Increase product distribution, SKU count, and shelf presence within accounts.
• Negotiate listings, seasonal placements, promotions, and exclusive ranges.
• Build strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and decision‑makers.
• Prospect and open new accounts in supermarkets, hypermarkets, specialty retailers, and other channels.
• Develop and execute expansion plans for new territories and channels.
• Negotiate pricing, margins, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
• Monitor product performance, drive promotions, displays, and activations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast sales, and report market intelligence to senior management.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of B2B retail sales or key account management experience.
• Proven track record of growing retail accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Experience working with major retail chains preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organised and commercially focused.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
