About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding Kindergarten teacher for Abdulla Bin Otaiba Charter School in Abu Dhabi for the Academic Year 2026/27. The school follows an American curriculum and aims to provide high‑quality learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that inspire progress for all students.
• Plan and prepare sessions covering the whole ability range, using curriculum resources and classroom displays.
• Assess and record student development using Target Tracker and provide feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues, curriculum support staff and external professionals such as speech therapists.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policy and act as a positive role model.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Kindergarten Education or related field with PGCE or equivalent teacher qualification.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of teaching experience in a KG setting.
• Passion for teaching, professionalism and a clean DBS/police check.
