Kids Club Animator – Russian Speaker

About the role

The Kids Club Animator will lead and supervise recreational activities for children at Le Meridien Fujairah, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. Fluency in Russian is required to engage Russian‑speaking guests. The role involves direct interaction with families, handling equipment, and supporting hotel events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information and promote the hotel’s recreation facilities, including pools, beach, game‑room and fitness centre.
• Encourage, register and schedule guests for children’s activities, creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
• Enforce safety rules, monitor activities and respond to emergencies according to local procedures.
• Perform cashier duties and process payments for equipment rentals, activity fees and facility bookings.
• Assist with private functions, set‑up group activities and maintain cleanliness of the kids club area.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to management and complete required safety training.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain).
• No prior experience required; ability to work with children and guests of diverse backgrounds.

Required skills

• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale (POS) system operation.
• Basic computer literacy for reservations and payment processing.
• Clear, professional communication in English and Russian.
