Kids Club Attendant - Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah

About the role

Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah is hiring a full-time Kids Club Attendant. The role provides administrative support to keep the Children's Club running smoothly and delivers memorable, safe experiences for teenagers, young guests and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and host age-appropriate, entertaining and educational activities for teenagers, young guests and their families, following the Children's Club concept
• Follow pre-opening, opening, closing and post-closing operational and cleaning procedures at the Children's Club
• Contribute ideas to improve operational and environmental procedures in the hotel
• Perform duties safely and follow hotel service delivery standards at all times
• Keep a constant awareness of children's whereabouts and maintain a safe, fun environment
• Exercise discretion and good judgment with children and teenagers, and speak tactfully and courteously with parents
• Meet and greet arriving teenagers and young guests
• Coordinate children's experiences and amenities with other departments

Required profile

• Children teacher or nurse, with experience handling teenagers and younger children
• A passion for hospitality, integrity, teamwork, ownership and accountability
