About the role
The Kids Club Attendant will deliver friendly, courteous, and professional service at the Tuk Tuk Kids Club/Chill Teens Club within Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for children.
Key responsibilities
- Provide efficient and professional service to meet guest needs and expectations.
- Create fun‑filled, educational activities for children and teens.
- Identify returning children, guests, and VIPs and exceed their expectations.
- Maintain zero accidents by following safety guidelines and childcare standards.
- Ensure all equipment is functional, report malfunctions promptly, and follow up on maintenance.
- Collaborate with the Recreation Supervisor to improve operational procedures.
- Organize festivities and special events for children.
- Monitor supplies, maintain appropriate stock, and control departmental costs.
- Provide immediate feedback on operations and guest concerns to the Recreation Supervisor.
