About the role

Join the Little Nomads Kids Club team at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai, delivering exceptional experiences for young guests. The role focuses on creating safe, engaging, and culturally rich activities while supporting the hotel's overall guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations of the Kids Club to achieve high guest satisfaction.
• Create and deliver unique activities that reflect local culture and sport.
• Ensure health and safety standards are fully implemented and maintained.
• Monitor programme success through participation numbers and guest feedback, adjusting as needed.
• Maintain clean, well‑kept equipment and oversee proper accounting for club fees.

Required profile

• Valid child‑care certification.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a 5‑star hotel Kids Club.
• Experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
• Fluent English; Arabic and Russian language skills are a plus.
