Kindergarten Teacher – International School in Dibba, Fujairah

About the role

We are seeking energetic and passionate Kindergarten Teachers to join a prestigious international girls’ school in Dibba, Fujairah. You will guide young learners through their first educational experiences, fostering curiosity, creativity and confidence in a multicultural environment. This role offers the chance to work with an American‑based curriculum enriched by IPC and IMYC frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based lessons aligned with the US curriculum and international programmes.
• Create a warm, inclusive classroom where each child feels safe and valued.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and senior staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues across subjects to integrate STEAM, arts and physical education.
• Participate in continuous professional development and school events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Studies or related field.
• Teaching licence, QTS or SACE Certificate (newly qualified teachers are welcome).
• Enthusiasm, imagination and the ability to turn lessons into adventures.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural school community.
