Kitchen Steward – 5-Star Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Steward to join the culinary team of a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel located on the Red Sea. The role ensures the kitchen remains clean, safe and fully stocked, supporting chefs in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment and utensils in line with hotel hygiene standards.
• Operate dishwashing stations and ensure timely availability of clean cookware and tableware.
• Assist with receiving, storing and proper handling of food supplies.
• Manage waste disposal and follow hotel waste‑management protocols.
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and organization as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Steward or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining environment.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards for a 5‑star kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting while paying attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina and the capacity to handle demanding kitchen tasks.
• Team player with a positive attitude and effective communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and currently residing in the UAE.
