About the role
Apt Resources is seeking a skilled Kitchen Technician to support a group of Western restaurants, ensuring all kitchen equipment operates optimally for efficient service and high‑quality dining.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ovens, mixers, grills, and refrigeration units.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen tools and machinery, diagnose issues, and implement timely solutions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to schedule repairs, minimizing operational disruption.
- Maintain organized inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, and keep detailed maintenance records.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Technician or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Strong communication skills and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Residency in the UAE.
