About the role

Apt Resources is seeking a competent and proactive Restaurant Floor Supervisor to join a prestigious dining establishment in Dubai. You will manage floor operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and coordinate front‑of‑house and kitchen teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant floor operations to deliver efficient, flawless service.
• Lead and motivate floor staff to provide outstanding customer experiences.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to manage guest orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Train and mentor new and existing staff on service standards and processes.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area to uphold company standards.
• Assist management with inventory control and stock management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Floor Supervisor or similar role in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good problem‑solving skills and a guest‑oriented mindset.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in restaurant management software.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
