KOL Operations Manager – French Speaker

About the role

Bitunix is looking for a highly organized KOL Operations Manager who is fluent in French and English. You will act as the operational backbone for our Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the Incubator Project, ensuring seamless execution of content, community, and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate KOL campaigns and optimise their performance.
• Manage and support Telegram, Discord and other social media communities.
• Plan, oversee and promote YouTube video production and live streams.
• Track performance metrics for campaigns, videos, and livestreams.
• Prepare weekly reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with moderators, designers, editors and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of content and events.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in community management, marketing operations or related fields.
• At least 1 year managing KOLs.
• Strong communication and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent or native French and English.
• Familiarity with crypto, blockchain, trading or Web3 industries.
