Lab Tester & Perfumer Specialist (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

Dr Scent is looking for a Perfumer to join its team at the head office, leading scent formulation, driving R&D innovation and overseeing lab operations to support its growing global presence. The role suits a passionate fragrance specialist with strong olfactory skills and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Create and refine innovative fragrance formulations, from concept to final specifications.
• Oversee laboratory operations, raw material quality control and multi-site inventory.
• Research and implement emerging scent technologies such as encapsulation and ActiMoods.
• Work directly with key suppliers and clients on bespoke fragrance projects.
• Lead new product launches and deliver technical training to sales teams and international agents.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, perfumery or a related field.
• Proven track record as a Perfumer with lab and operations experience.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
• Flexibility for frequent domestic and international travel.

Required skills

• Highly developed olfactory sense and creative formulation talent.
• Strong organizational skills and technical expertise in aroma compounds.
