Land Sport Animator – Resort Activities

About the role

The Land Sport Animator will facilitate and present both small‑scale and large‑scale recreational activities for adult guests at the resort. Working independently or alongside other animators, you will ensure a safe, enjoyable environment that enhances the all‑inclusive holiday experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up and lead a variety of land‑based sports and games for adult participants.
• Assist with the preparation of activity areas and manage equipment before, during and after each session.
• Supervise participants, ensuring safety standards and a positive atmosphere.
• Generate new activity ideas and support the development of future resort programmes.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the Entertainment Manager or executive team.

Required profile

• Current Standard First Aid certification with CPR.
• At least one year of recent experience in a high‑volume recreational setting serving adults.
• Positive, outgoing attitude with strong communication skills; Russian language is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible team player with good spirit.
• Experience facilitating games, crafts, sports and water‑based activities.
• Physically fit and able to conduct activities in any weather.
