Outlet Manager – Hospitality

About the role

Rixos Al Mairid is looking for a dynamic Outlet Manager to lead one of its signature restaurants or bars. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day outlet operations, ensuring hygiene, safety and quality standards.
• Deliver outstanding guest service, anticipate needs and handle feedback effectively.
• Supervise, train and motivate the outlet team, manage schedules and monitor performance.
• Maximize revenue through upselling, control costs, minimize waste and manage inventory.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, internal SOPs and conduct regular audits.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotions and events.
• Prepare reports on sales, guest feedback, staff performance and operational needs.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in food & beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of POS systems and familiarity with F&B software.
