Land Surveyor – Dubai

About the role

Stantec is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join its Dubai team. You will work on projects involving sewerage, drainage and irrigation networks, using modern surveying instruments and software.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise survey works for sewerage, drainage and irrigation connections.
• Inspect and supervise project activities and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of existing sewerage, drainage and irrigation networks across the Emirate of Dubai.
• Operate Total Station equipment and associated surveying software.

Required profile

• Relevant technical qualification in surveying or civil engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in survey works with modern instruments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all areas within the Emirate of Dubai and its utility networks.
• Experience in inspection and supervision of construction projects.
• Proficiency with Total Station equipment and related software.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of AutoCAD and related applications.
