Large Enterprise Account Executive - Public Sector

About the role

Sprinklr, an AI-native Unified Customer Experience Management platform used by 1,900+ enterprises including 60% of the Fortune 100, is looking for a Large Enterprise Account Executive in Dubai. The role manages key accounts that generate significant revenue, builds and expands relationships with customers, and pursues new business opportunities within the UAE public sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business sales revenue through account and territory planning, prospect research and field-based sales activities in the UAE public sector.
• Build sales opportunities, identify decision makers and build champions at CMO, COO and CTO level.
• Understand client and prospect needs and deliver value that exceeds expectations.
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence them positively.
• Keep up to date on the industry, market and competitors to close business and generate revenue.
• Seek feedback regularly from leaders, peers and clients.

Required profile

• Top 10% of salespeople in your current company, with a record of being among the best.
• 6+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience, including complex, enterprise-wide SaaS deals.
• Strong EQ and quick thinking in a fast-moving industry.
• Passion for the customer experience revolution and understanding of how Sprinklr impacts global organisations.
