About the role
The Laundry Attendant ensures all linen and garments are cleaned, inspected, and prepared for guest use at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort. This position supports the hotel's high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Operate washing, dry‑cleaning and drying machines, add chemicals and clean lint traps.
- Identify stained or damaged items and decide on repair, spot‑treatment, rewash or discard.
- Inspect cleaned articles, place them in linen carts and fold to designated sizes.
- Maintain accurate laundering records and follow safety, security and uniform policies.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb, moving through confined spaces and standing for extended periods.
Required profile
- Education: No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
- Related work experience: None required.
- Supervisory experience: None required.
- License or certification: None.
