About the role
Hane Patisserie is looking for a skilled and passionate specialty coffee barista in Al Jurf 1, Ajman. The position is full time and calls for someone with a strong understanding of specialty coffee and modern brewing techniques.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista.
- Ability to prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks such as cappuccino, latte, flat white and americano.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to keep every cup clean, hygienic and consistent.
- Passion for specialty coffee, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Preferred: experience in a specialty coffee shop or premium caf.
Required skills
- Manual brewing methods such as V60, Chemex and AeroPress.
- Espresso extraction, grinder calibration and milk steaming.
- Knowledge of coffee beans, grind sizes, brewing ratios and extraction techniques.
- Operating and maintaining professional coffee machines and grinders.
