Laundry Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions, ensuring the hotel’s appearance and cleanliness are maintained to create a memorable guest experience. As a Laundry Attendant you will support these goals by handling laundry operations efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests and stock carts with necessary supplies.
• Clean rooms, public spaces, and manage laundry processes.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and guest laundry.
• Maintain laundry equipment and ensure it operates correctly.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
• Ensure personal uniform, appearance, and professional communication.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while on your feet.
• Hands‑on approach to work with physical tasks such as lifting and transporting laundry.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to hotel procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
