Leadership Academy Manager

About the role

The Leadership Academy Manager will design, develop, deliver and evaluate leadership development programmes for the TELLAL Institute. This senior‑level position focuses on analysing leadership needs, creating mentoring and coaching solutions, and supporting partner schools in building their leadership capability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing leadership programmes against competencies and standards, and produce improvement recommendations.
• Design and deliver internal training, mentoring schemes and resource groups for senior leaders.
• Create and run a coach‑training programme for senior leaders and aspiring principals.
• Provide one‑to‑one professional learning and development coaching sessions, including development plans.
• Develop and implement a 360° feedback survey aligned with GEMS leadership competencies.
• Source, evaluate and manage external training vendors, designing blended learning solutions that combine coaching, classroom, action learning and e‑learning.
• Set up systems to track learning and talent KPIs, produce training reports and evaluate impact.
