Learning & Development Executive (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Learning & Development Executive will drive learning and employee engagement initiatives across the region, focusing 75% on learning and 25% on engagement. You will design impactful training programmes and support the RICH IN WELLNESS programme to foster a vibrant workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create and design innovative training programmes, including pedagogical design and presentation materials.
• Revamp and enhance training performance analysis methodologies.
• Manage and maintain the regional L&D dashboard, providing insights and recommendations.
• Support the RICH IN WELLNESS programme across its four pillars: physical, mental, social and financial well‑being.
• Develop visual and video content to promote engagement initiatives.
• Manage the regional communication plan for engagement activities in collaboration with Internal Communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications or a related field.
• Previous experience in Learning & Development, HR or Communications roles.
