About the role
We are looking for a strategic, people‑focused Learning & Development Manager to design and oversee initiatives that strengthen our organisational capabilities and support continuous professional development.
Key responsibilities
- Identify learning needs and develop training strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Create and manage training materials, programmes and leadership development initiatives.
- Coordinate educational programs, monitor participation and evaluate outcomes.
- Gather feedback, review development needs and continuously improve learning solutions.
Required profile
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and support long‑term organisational growth.
Required skills
- Proficiency with digital learning platforms.
- Experience using common workplace tools for content creation and delivery.
