Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / Shadow Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a committed and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / Shadow Teacher to support students in a school setting. Candidates with relevant experience and a valid UAE visa are encouraged to apply. Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one classroom support to assigned students.
• Assist with behavioural, emotional, and academic development.
• Implement therapy and learning strategies as guided by specialists.
• Support classroom routines and student engagement.
• Maintain daily progress notes and coordinate with teachers and therapists.

Required profile

• Must hold a valid UAE visa and Emirates ID.
• Must have SEN, SEND, ABA, and RBT certification.
• Previous experience as an LSA / Shadow Teacher is required.
• Strong communication and classroom support skills.
• Patient, reliable, and child‑focused personality.
