About the role
We are seeking a committed and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / Shadow Teacher to support students in a school setting. Candidates with relevant experience and a valid UAE visa are encouraged to apply. Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one classroom support to assigned students.
- Assist with behavioural, emotional, and academic development.
- Implement therapy and learning strategies as guided by specialists.
- Support classroom routines and student engagement.
- Maintain daily progress notes and coordinate with teachers and therapists.
Required profile
- Must hold a valid UAE visa and Emirates ID.
- Must have SEN, SEND, ABA, and RBT certification.
- Previous experience as an LSA / Shadow Teacher is required.
- Strong communication and classroom support skills.
- Patient, reliable, and child‑focused personality.
