Leasing Administration Executive

About the role

R&B Fashion is hiring a Leasing Administration Executive in Dubai. The role maintains and updates lease records, tracks critical deadlines, coordinates documentation and supports internal teams in executing lease-related processes, keeping lease administration accurate and aligned with corporate procedures and real estate timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain lease files and database entries, keeping terms, expiry dates and payment schedules accurate, and help prepare, scan, file and version-control lease documents
• Track renewals, amendments and legal notices, and coordinate with stakeholders on timely action
• Monitor key lease dates (renewals, expirations, handovers) and notify teams in advance to avoid lapses
• Help prepare reports on lease status, rent escalations and occupancy, and consolidate data for audits, budgeting and portfolio reviews
• Act as the point of contact for routine landlord queries on documentation, billing and leases, and liaise with legal, finance and real estate teams
• Keep lease details accurate in lease management systems such as MRI, and suggest small process improvements

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in leasing administration, commercial real estate support or property operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or equivalent
• Familiarity with commercial lease documents and basic real estate processes
• Strong attention to detail, document organisation and communication skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Exposure to lease management software (MRI, Yardi) preferred
