Leasing Consultant – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Convert property enquiries into signed leases by managing the leasing process end‑to‑end, delivering an excellent customer experience and ensuring all documentation complies with Abu Dhabi regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, portals and referrals.
• Qualify prospects on budget, preferred areas, unit requirements and move‑in timeline, matching them to suitable properties.
• Schedule and conduct viewings, presenting unit features, building amenities and neighbourhood highlights.
• Maintain an active pipeline and follow‑up plan to maximise viewing‑to‑lease conversion.
• Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines and handle objections professionally.
• Prepare and coordinate the leasing process, including application forms, document collection, approvals and handover steps.
• Coordinate with landlords, property managers and internal teams to ensure smooth move‑ins.
• Keep CRM records up to date with lead source, viewings, feedback and status.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing sales role such as leasing, real estate, hospitality or tele‑sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to work to targets and handle high lead volumes.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail for documents, dates and approvals.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
