Legal Advisor

About the role

M&M General Contracting & Transport is looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to provide legal guidance, draft and review contracts and ensure the company's operations comply with UAE laws and regulations. The role protects the company's legal interests, manages agreements and supports management in its decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and legal documents
• Advise management on legal rights, risks and compliance matters
• Handle company legal documentation and keep proper records
• Provide legal support for company operations, HR and business activities
• Liaise with government authorities, external lawyers and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, commercial laws and local regulations
• Support the efficient resolution of disputes or legal issues

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (LLB / LLM preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Legal Advisor or Legal Consultant
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Preferred: experience in contracting, cleaning or service-based industries, and familiarity with company licensing, visa and compliance procedures
