About the role

Aysha Hassan Advocates & Legal Consultants is seeking a Legal Associate to join its Dubai office. The successful candidate will support senior lawyers across a range of practice areas, including litigation, arbitration, mediation, and corporate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, opinions, and court submissions.
• Prepare, review, and organize contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Assist in managing case files, monitoring deadlines, and coordinating with clients and courts.
• Support senior lawyers during client meetings, expert consultations, and dispute resolution proceedings.
• Handle procedural tasks such as paying court fees, filing applications, and tracking appeals.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in the United Arab Emirates.
• Strong knowledge of UAE federal and local court systems, public prosecution procedures, and related legal processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage case files, meet strict deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients and authorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) and admission to practice.

• Proficiency in legal document preparation, including drafting and reviewing contracts and pleadings.
• Advanced analytical skills for case law research and risk assessment.
• Effective written and verbal communication for client interaction and court coordination.
