Legal Consultant – Digital Asset & Structured Products

About the role

Axiom is seeking an experienced Legal Consultant to support a global client in digital assets and fintech. The role is fully remote and focuses on equity‑linked and tokenized securities throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice for equities, tokenized securities and innovative structured products from design to exit.
• Draft, review and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements and partner contracts.
• Collaborate with product, business, marketing and operations teams across multiple jurisdictions to structure initiatives and manage legal risk.
• Liaise with regulators on matters related to equities and tokenized securities.
• Manage external counsel, develop internal guidance, training and scalable legal processes.

Required profile

• 5‑12+ years post‑qualification experience in structured products/ECM/derivatives or capital markets, or cryptocurrency/digital‑asset tokenization.
• Experience gained in‑house or in private practice.
• Ability to work autonomously while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to work fully remote.
