Legal Consultant

About the role

The Legal Consultant provides end-to-end legal advisory and support to clients across corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in the UAE. The role calls for strong drafting skills, practical legal understanding and the ability to manage client relationships independently. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal advice on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters, with practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, employment contracts, NDAs and service agreements.
• Advise on UAE regulatory requirements, including company incorporation and structuring, corporate governance, and compliance (CIT, ESR, UBO, AML where applicable).
• Draft and advise on Wills (including ADJD/DIFC), guardianship structures and estate planning.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring timely delivery.
• Research UAE laws and regulations and prepare legal opinions, memos and advisory notes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulations and corporate compliance requirements.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal agreements and contracts.
• Familiarity with UAE company formation, corporate governance and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English, and strong client relationship and stakeholder engagement skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation tools.
• Contract drafting and negotiation.
