Legal & Corporate Services Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Legal & Corporate Services Manager to lead the analysis of new business cases and supervise a range of legal, corporate and advisory projects. The role involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compliance and deliver high‑quality advisory support to both existing and prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal analysis to identify viable operational models for new business opportunities.
• Supervise and execute corporate and advisory projects, including preparation of advisory memos and coordination of company establishment.
• Handle corporate and individual migration matters, bank account openings, and the drafting of policies and related documentation.
• Manage client portfolios, address ongoing queries, oversee invoicing, and monitor regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
• Maintain and develop relationships with current and potential clients.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, creative mindset.
• Experience in the banking industry, corporate services providers, or top legal firms.
• University degree, preferably in law or international taxation.
• Fluent English proficiency.
