Legal Counsel – Corporate & Commercial (Emirati)

About the role
The investor is seeking an Emirati Legal Counsel to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. This position will support a wide range of commercial and corporate legal matters across the investor’s global operations, with a focus on the UAE market.
Key responsibilities
- Provide corporate advisory and regulatory guidance.
- Handle employment law issues and related compliance.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS, supplier and vendor agreements.
- Manage a varied workload across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
Required profile
- At least 5 years of relevant legal experience.
- Background in an in‑house legal department or a commercial/technology practice at a law firm.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex legal matters.
