Legal & ESG Paralegal (Specialist)

About the role

The Specialist – Legal & ESG (Paralegal) will support AIQ’s General Counsel by providing legal administrative, contractual, governance and compliance assistance while also contributing to the company’s ESG initiatives. This position sits within the Legal team and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract management and accurate ESG reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and tracking agreements.
• Prepare and maintain legal documentation, corporate governance records, and regulatory filings.
• Monitor compliance with local laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with business units, external counsel, and vendors to resolve legal queries.
• Support ESG data collection, reporting, and sustainability‑related activities.
• Maintain organized legal filing systems and ensure timely renewal of contracts.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Law, Legal Studies or a related field.
• Proven experience in a paralegal or legal support role.
• Familiarity with contract management and corporate governance processes.
• Understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced technology environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
