Legal Lawyer – Corporate & Commercial

About the role

Paris Group is looking for an experienced Legal Lawyer specialized in corporate and commercial matters to provide practical advice, manage contracts, resolve disputes and ensure compliance with UAE and GCC regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage corporate agreements, commercial contracts, leasing and fit‑out/construction contracts.
• Advise on tenancy matters, lease renewals, terminations and other property‑related legal issues.
• Provide guidance on UAE Labour Law, employment contracts, HR policies, employee disputes and termination procedures.
• Handle legal disputes, prepare notices, pleadings, memoranda and court documentation, coordinating with external law firms.
• Identify contractual and commercial risks, recommend solutions and protect the company’s interests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience in corporate and commercial law, leasing agreements and fit‑out or construction contracts.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, litigation procedures and dispute resolution.
• Arabic proficiency is mandatory; fluency in English is essential.
