Legal Representative

About the role

The Legal Representative will provide comprehensive legal support to the company across corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters. The role involves drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents, advising senior management on compliance, and ensuring adherence to UAE laws and real‑estate regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate joint‑venture agreements, term sheets, heads of terms, sales & purchase agreements, loan agreements, shareholder agreements, MOA, AOA, share transfer and pledge agreements, and other legal documents.
• Manage company incorporation processes for UAE mainland and free zones, liaise with authorities for licensing, name approvals and amendments, and ensure corporate structures comply with local law.
• Provide timely legal advice to senior management on corporate, commercial and regulatory issues, and advise on risk mitigation and legal protection.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Companies Law, Commercial Law and related federal and emirate‑level regulations, update governance frameworks and support internal teams with legal interpretations.
• Apply knowledge of UAE real‑estate laws, RERA regulations and compliance requirements where relevant.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience at a reputable international law firm in the UAE.
• Strong background in corporate, commercial and real‑estate law.
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Based in the GCC preferred, but strong overseas candidates are welcome.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic.
• Fluency in English.
