Listing Team Leader & Portals Manager

About the role

Nice View Real Estate is seeking an experienced Listing Team Leader & Portals Manager to lead its listing team, oversee daily operations, and maximise performance across major UAE real estate portals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the listing team, setting clear KPIs and individual targets.
• Train, coach and develop staff to improve productivity and listing quality.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Optimise property listings and implement strategies to increase visibility and lead generation.
• Manage property inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with portal regulations.
• Analyse portal performance and adjust tactics to achieve departmental goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Listing Manager, Portals Manager or Listing Team Leader in the UAE real estate market.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Ability to set, track and achieve KPI‑driven targets.
• Deep knowledge of major UAE portals such as Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle.
• Experience in listing optimisation, lead generation and compliance management.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with a high sense of accountability.
