About the role
We are seeking motivated Live Agents / Talent Recruiters to join our growing team in Ajman. In this position you will play a key part in expanding our network of live creators and supporting their growth on our platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard live creators for our streaming services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators.
- Provide creators with strategies to grow their live audience.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and performance targets.
Required profile
- Native Arabic speaker.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Motivated and able to work independently.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
Required skills
- Arabic (native proficiency).
- Strong communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Basic marketing knowledge.
What we offer
- Basic salary ranging from 2,000 to 3,500 AED per month plus bonuses.
- Full‑time schedule (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Sunday off).
- On‑site work at our Horizon Towers office in Al Rashidiya.
