Lobby Lounge Manager – Downtown Dubai

About the role

The St. Regis Downtown Dubai is seeking a dynamic Lobby Lounge Manager to lead daily operations of its newly reimagined Ginori Terrace lounge. You will ensure a seamless guest experience while upholding the brand’s high standards of service, creativity, and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all lobby lounge shift operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
• Promote the lounge, assist with menu planning, and support servers during peak periods.
• Manage liquor inventories, control costs, and ensure compliance with local beverage and liquor regulations.
• Maintain food handling, sanitation standards, and inventory par levels for supplies, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Monitor budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports to achieve or exceed financial targets.
• Conduct training, enforce legal obligations, and provide support to other food‑and‑beverage outlets as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with at least 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of beverage control, inventory management, and budgeting.
