Localization Specialist - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Localization Specialist to help train AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots in both Arabic and English, assess their logical performance, and create new conversational scenarios to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse, complex problems and evaluate their responses.
• Measure chatbot progress and assess output for correctness and performance.
• Write novel, high‑quality conversations to teach bots appropriate language use.
• Identify and resolve issues that affect model quality.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar expertise.
• Demonstrated knowledge of linguistics at an expert level.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Only applicants residing in the United Arab Emirates will be considered.
