Logistics Coordinator

About the role

A Logistics Coordinator is sought to manage and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics across the UAE and Middle East. The role ensures timely transportation, inventory accuracy, customs compliance and smooth coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses and customers. It is an on-site position in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries for on-time transport.
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery notes and customs documents.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers and warehouse teams.
• Track shipments, resolve transportation issues and manage inventory movement and records.
• Work with sales and procurement on stock availability and customer orders.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and company logistics procedures.
• Monitor logistics costs, suggest improvements and prepare weekly and monthly logistics performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain, freight forwarding or warehouse operations.
• Experience with import/export documentation and customs procedures.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organization and communication skills; able to handle multiple shipments and deadlines.
