Logistics & Store Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics & Store Officer to manage parts issuing, receiving, binning and general housekeeping in our IFE store. The role supports shipping/receiving of equipment and maintains technical publications and maintenance records for the IFE Repair Shop. You will work in a multinational, multicultural warehouse environment, often on shift patterns.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, bin, label and issue IFE spare parts, checking for damages or shortages.
• Handle shipping and receiving tasks, coordinate with freight forwarders for critical items.
• Process part releases through the ERP system and manage material pick slips.
• Monitor critical parts, life‑expiration requirements and coordinate stock discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counting, stock verification and weekly/monthly inventory audits.
• Maintain safety, health and environmental standards in the warehouse.

Required profile

• High National School Certificate (HNC) or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in stock or inventory management.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
• General knowledge of logistics, warehousing procedures and statutory regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for parts release.
• Computer literacy: Excel, Access, Word, Email, Database.
