Logistics Supervisor

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor will lead the organization, staffing and daily operations of district warehouses and stores. This role ensures safe, efficient storage, accurate inventory records, and effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate staffing, work plans and safety guidelines for district warehouses.
• Monitor material usage, maintain inventory records and design facility layouts for optimal storage.
• Develop delivery schedules, drop‑shipment strategies and coordinate activities with outside agencies.
• Identify and resolve operational problems, prepare staff reports and correspondence.
• Recruit, train, motivate, evaluate and, when necessary, discipline or terminate assigned personnel.
• Stay informed on emerging trends and innovations in warehousing and storage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain management, business or industrial engineering.
• 7‑10 years of logistics experience in the construction industry.
• Strong decision‑making, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for negotiations with carriers, suppliers and customers.
